Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Materials Science) or any 4-year Business course
- At least 2 years of account management experience
- Background in retail, real estate, or property development (preferred)
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and public relations skills
