Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
• Manage the backroom product flow function by overseeing inventory levels, ordering, and maintaining a high-quality product display.
• Collaborate with store teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure smooth store operations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive store performance and support the overall business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
