Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and store operations.
• Manage the backroom product flow function (production) to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
• Experience with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
