About the role
Savers, an international thrift retailer, is seeking to fill the RetailManager position(s). This role can support either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations, including customer service and inventory management.
- Manage the backroom product flow, ensuring efficient and organized storage and retrieval of items.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
