About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
- Manage the backroom product flow function (production) by overseeing inventory levels, ordering, and maintaining a smooth operation.
Requirements
Experience in retail management, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
