About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of Savers stores, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manages the backroom product flow function, overseeing inventory management and logistics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in retail, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
