Retail Manager

About the role

This multi-faceted role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Oversee the daily operation of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Support the store's fundraising efforts and community involvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$19.04 to $31.22 per hour, depending on experience and role.
