About the role
The RetailManager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of stores by handling customer inquiries, assisting with returns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assists with the backroom product flow function by managing inventory, organizing displays, and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
