Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and adhere to safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure they meet job requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engage customers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some college coursework.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$15.96 to $26.17 per hour.
