About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of Savers stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manages the backroom product flow function (production) to ensure smooth inventory management and timely restocking.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in retail operations or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
