About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and sales.
- Manage employee schedules and performance.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with store teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Oversee the backroom product flow function, ensuring efficient operations and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Experience in customer service and team leadership.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
