About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of our stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Manage the backroom product flow function by optimizing inventory and streamlining operations.
Requirements
- Experience in retail management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
