About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Supports the service side of Savers stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and store operations.
- Manages the backroom product flow function (production) to ensure efficient inventory management and smooth store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
