Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, and adhere to safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate counts and proper handling of merchandise.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$17.10 to $28.04 per hour.
