Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support the service side of Savers stores, including customer service, inventory management, and store operations.
• Support the backroom product flow function, ensuring smooth product flow, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
