About the role
The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support the service side of Savers stores, including customer service, inventory management, and store operations.
- Support the backroom product flow function, ensuring smooth product flow, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
