Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer service.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage employee schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
• Participate in store events and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$18.52 to $30.38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
