Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of Savers stores by managing customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and handling customer inquiries.
• Supports the backroom product flow function by managing inventory, ensuring efficient stock rotation, and maintaining high-quality standards for merchandise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.

Pay

$17.10 to $28.04 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours vary depending on the store location and shift, typically ranging from 8 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Saturday.
