Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and sales.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with store teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Oversee the backroom product flow function, ensuring efficient product handling and storage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
