About the role
The Retail Manager position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
Responsibilities
- Support store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and sales.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with store teams to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Oversee the backroom product flow function, ensuring efficient product handling and storage.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
