About the role
The Retail Experience Manager (RXM) at Fleet Feet leads store operations, mentors the team, and delivers a premium customer experience. This role requires proven retail management experience, a customer-focused approach, strong leadership and operational skills, and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Outfitters (Retail Sales Associates).
- Coach and Inspire: Set expectations, provide real-time feedback, recognize achievements, and support individual growth.
- Own the Floor: Manage sales floor operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee the Fleet Feet Outfitting Experience.
- Solve and Support: Address customer concerns with care and resolve challenges promptly and professionally.
- Foster Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance store environment through daily leadership and team engagement.
- Communicate Clearly: Maintain consistent communication across team members to ensure alignment, clarity, and enthusiasm.
- Champion Initiatives: Support and promote Fleet Feet’s events, programs, and community outreach efforts.

- Experience: Proven retail management experience, with a strong background in customer-facing sales environments.

Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and carrying 25–50 lbs and working on your feet in a retail setting.
