About the role

The Retail Loan Processor is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and completing retail loan documentation for new loans, refinances, extensions, and modifications. This role requires strong accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication with loan officers, attorneys, and management to ensure all documents are correct, compliant, and fully executed.

Responsibilities

• Process loan files in LaserPro and Mortgage Bot LOS
• Order required reports (property searches, flood certifications, title insurance, credit reports)
• Verify collateral and appraisal documentation
• Assemble closing packets
• Update pipeline reports
• Meet critical deadlines

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking procedures and lending principles
