This position is located at our Alma Operations Building in downtown Alma.

What would you do as a Retail Loan Operations Specialist I

• Booking new retail loans to the core
• Loan file maintenance
• Verifying data input for accuracy and completeness
• Updating loan information
• Loan coding
• Collateral data and payment posting corrections
• Reviewing and processing daily reports, payoffs, and incoming wires
• Performing daily balancing of general ledger accounts
• Engaging in regular training sessions to develop skills and stay updated on industry regulations
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
