Requirements

• Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends
• Must possess and consistently exhibit competencies relative to the position
• Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software like MS Office
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading diverse groups
• Ability to operate independently, with discretion, and work effectively under pressure
• Inspirational attitude contributing to a positive team environment
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships while setting high performance standards
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English
• Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 12 months of retail experience
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding
• Must be 18 years or older

Work Environment

• Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions
• Moderate noise level in the work environment
• Regularly required to talk or hear
• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus

Pay

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $18.70/hr–$25.30/hr. Actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
