What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage retail customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Set up service appointments with interested customers
- Represent Service Champions positively at in-store kiosks
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Service Champions offerings to answer client questions
- Ensure monthly revenue and lead generation goals are met or exceeded
- Represent Service Champions with integrity, energy, and professionalism
Role Requirements
- Retail experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, confident, outgoing, and self-driven personality
- Comfortable being on your feet and talking to anyone
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends for in-store events
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
