We take pride in developing our team members through hands-on training in management, marketing, sales, communication, customer service, and problem solving. This position is in-person only.

Average weekly earnings: $1,000 – $1,600
Annual income potential: $50,000 – $80,000+

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, delivering exceptional customer service in person in a retail environment
• Clearly communicate the benefits of energy-efficient home improvements and company offerings
• Assist customers in scheduling free home consultations with our specialists
• Address questions, resolve minor concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience from introduction to appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with interested homeowners
• Represent the Ameritech Construction brand professionally at community events, trade shows, and local neighborhoods
• Educate homeowners about our energy-saving products and services
• Create a positive first impression that builds trust and brand awareness
• Help connect customers with consultation specialists to assess their home improvement needs
• Contribute ideas to enhance brand presence and community outreach campaigns

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation required
