Requirements

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Experience working in a retail environment for at least 12 months.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Pay

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $20.61 - $27.89. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Schedule

The Lead position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
