Position Overview
ZWILLING is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder to join our growing retail team. As a Keyholder, you will help lead daily store operations, provide outstanding customer service, and play a key role in building the culture and success of our newest store location.
What You'll Do
- Support store leadership with daily operations and shift management
- Open and close the store while managing POS and cash handling responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager on day-to-day business needs
- Process inventory replenishment and maintain stock levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service that drives sales and customer loyalty
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and engage customers with our premium brands
- Aid with special events, promotions, and grand opening activities
- Lead by example and help create an exciting, team-oriented environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for cooking, food, and premium kitchen products
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 pounds or more and safely use a ladder

- $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience
