Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests promptly, respond to questions and concerns, assist in meeting video gaming needs, inform about special promotions, recommend additional items, and express gratitude.
• Support the overall shopping environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and nurturing guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately, address guest comments or questions, promote GameStop's guest benefits, and conduct store inventory counts and restocking.
• Safeguard company assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices, complete daily bank deposits, and report discrepancies.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates, support store management, and adhere to GameStop policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Pay
