Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests promptly, respond to questions and concerns, assist in meeting gaming needs, inform about promotions, and share product knowledge.
• Support the shopping environment: maintain cleanliness and organization, foster guest relationships, and promote GameStop’s guest benefits.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately, ensuring top-notch service.
• Ensure store fixtures and equipment are in good working order, conduct inventory counts, and manage cash and change.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transactions, report discrepancies, and make bank deposits.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.
