Lovisa is seeking enthusiastic Sales Super Stars to join the growing Lovisa America team as Key Holders. The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining a presentable, inviting environment for customers. Candidates should enjoy a bright, energetic setting, be great communicators, and have an eye for fashion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in meeting store sales targets.
• Maintain store presentation standards to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as a key holder.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with shoppers.
• Help train and mentor team members as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Commitment to keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
