Retail Keyholder - Mall of America Store (Bloomington, MN)

Objective

ZWILLING is looking for a part time Retail Keyholder to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate should be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player, with a strong focus on customer service, leading by example, and a culinary passion!

What You'll Do

• Providing shift leadership and serving as a trusted floor leader
• Opening and closing the store, including POS and asset management responsibilities
• Partnering with store management to support daily business operations
• Processing replenishment efficiently to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Delivering exceptional customer service that drives sales and brand loyalty
• Maintaining compelling visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Conducting engaging product demonstrations and in-store experiences
• Assisting with special events and collaborating with the Events Manager to bring the brand to life

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for cooking, food, and premium kitchen products
• Dedicated to exceptional customer service and continuous improvement
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift 35+ pounds and safely use a ladder
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available at this time
