About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented individual who enjoys having fun while working. This role supports the team in alignment with company values and acts as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. You will serve as a role model for the team, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize being a fountain of knowledge on product and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics while driving the store’s success as a brand ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to contribute to and deliver on store KPIs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
