About the role

As a Key Holder, you will support delivering the sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they’re retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
  • Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in company values and elevated product knowledge.
  • Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
  • Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
  • Perform opening and closing routines, including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation/dissemination of company directives.
  • Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
  • Maintain physical activity requirements, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and maintain the store’s visual appearance. Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
  • Consistently provide a safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
  • Maintain company values, policies, and procedures.

  • Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
