We are seeking a Part-Time Key Holder (Retail Sales Associate) who has a passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service, a drive to become an expert in the hair and beauty industry, and a love for hair and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales events, and advertised products
• Process and replenish merchandise, prepare for and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts
• Maintain store appearance and process sales and return transactions
• Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers
• Work collaboratively in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities
• Commit to excellence and pursue growth opportunities
• Act with integrity at all times

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system (SAP experience preferred)
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift

Pay

Salary range: $16.30 – $18.30 per hour
