We’re seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate (Key Holder) who has a passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service. If you love hair and beauty products and seek out training opportunities to become an expert in the industry, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals.
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales events, and advertised products.
• Process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance and process sales and return transactions.
• Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers.
• Work collaboratively in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities.
• Commit to excellence and pursue growth opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.
• Act with integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point-of-sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as required by availability guidelines.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent GED (preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout the scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration support/sponsorship offered).

Pay

$25.90 – $28.80 per hour.
