Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales events, and advertised products
• Process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts
• Maintain store appearance and process sales and return transactions
• Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers
• Work in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities
• Commit to excellence and pursue growth opportunities

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system (SAP experience preferred)
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration support/sponsorship offered)

Pay

$15.60 – $17.60 per hour
