About the role

We’re seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate (Key Holder) who has a passion for people and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers desirable hours with most major holidays off, a generous employee discount, and continuous education on hair and beauty products.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals.
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales events, and advertised products.
• Process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance and process sales and return transactions.
• Gain essential product knowledge and share beauty industry trends with customers.
• Work collaboratively in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities.
• Commit to excellence and pursue growth and development opportunities.
• Act with integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point-of-sale system (SAP experience preferred).
• Must be able to work weekends as required by availability guidelines.
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout the scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis (no immigration sponsorship offered).

Pay

$15.60 – $17.60 per hour.
