About the role

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA and the premier wholesale distributor of salon professional beauty brands in the United States, is seeking a part‑time Retail Sales Associate (Key Holder). The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to salon professionals, promoting and selling professional beauty products, and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer – Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals.
• Deliver Results – Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions and products, process and replenish merchandise, participate in inventories and cycle counts, maintain store appearance, and handle sales and return transactions.
• Be an Expert – Gain essential product knowledge and share exciting beauty industry trends with customers.
• Collaborate – Work together in a positive team environment to achieve goals and priorities.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point‑of‑sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lb and stand/walk throughout the shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time, permanent basis (no immigration sponsorship).

Pay

Salary range: $15.60 – $17.60 per hour.
