Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is ideal for those passionate about health and wellness, eager to build strong customer connections, and ready to lead a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others.
• Create positive, memorable shopping experiences and build customer baskets.
• Work with integrity as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, and ensure timely receipt processing.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts and be willing to perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and various locations.

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
