Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is ideal for those passionate about health and wellness, eager to build strong customer connections, and ready to lead a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized interactions and basket-building.
• Work with integrity as the Manager On Duty in absence of higher-level managers.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, and ensure timely receipt processing.
• Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create an engaging in-store experience.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on various factors including role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
