Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting others in doing the same
• Create loyal customer relationships through personalized interactions and basket-building
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder
• Process customer transactions efficiently, restock shelves, and price products correctly
• Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning activities
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic health professionals
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and prices accurate
• Perform additional duties as needed

• A strong passion for the health and wellness industry
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction
• Able to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and various locations
