Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn about supplements, and looking for a rewarding career that allows flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting others in doing the same.
• Create loyalty through personalized customer interactions, enhancing shopping experiences, and increasing basket sizes.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder, handling customer transactions, merchandising, and pricing.
• Maintain product knowledge by participating in ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic Health Enthusiasts to create a positive in-store experience.
• Maintain regular store cleanliness, adhere to loss prevention protocols, process product receipts promptly, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Compensation

The wage for this position is based on various factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $18.00 - $19.50 per hour.
