Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting others in doing the same.
• Create loyalty through personalized customer interactions, enhancing shopping experiences, and increasing basket sizes.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder, ensuring smooth operations.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, restock shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge by participating in ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic professionals to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain regular store cleanliness, adhere to loss prevention protocols, promptly process product receipts, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
• Be prepared to perform additional duties as needed.
