Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn about supplements, and ready to build meaningful relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
  • Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting others in doing the same.
  • Create loyal customer connections through personalized interactions, enhancing shopping experiences, and increasing basket sizes.
  • Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, restock shelves, and accurately price products.
  • Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
  • Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic Health Enthusiasts to provide exceptional service.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support store operations.

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
