Overview
The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn about supplements, and seek a fulfilling career where they can connect with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting others in doing the same.
- Create loyalty through personalized customer interactions, enhancing shopping experiences, and increasing basket sizes.
- Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder, handling customer transactions, merchandising, and pricing products.
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts to create a positive in-store experience.
- Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
- Perform additional duties as needed.

- A strong passion for the health and wellness industry.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
