Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is ideal for those passionate about health and wellness, eager to build strong customer connections, and ready to lead a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while assisting others in doing the same.
• Create loyal customer relationships through personalized interactions and basket-building.
• Work with integrity as the Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
• Efficiently process customer transactions, restock shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, and ensure timely receipt processing.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic Health Enthusiasts and be willing to perform additional duties as needed.

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
