The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, eager to build strong customer connections, and ready to lead a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting colleagues in doing the same.
• Create positive, memorable shopping experiences and build customer loyalty through personalized interactions.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, restock shelves, and price products accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to loss prevention standards.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic health professionals to enhance the shopping experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
