Retail Key Holder - Part-Time

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn about supplements, and seek a fulfilling career that balances work and personal life.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, assisting others in doing the same.
• Create loyal customer relationships through personalized interactions and basket-building.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, restock shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as needed.

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.

Compensation

The salary for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and organizational needs. The estimated range is $15.50 - $17.00 per hour.
