Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while assisting others.
• Create positive shopping experiences and build customer loyalty through personalized interactions.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, restock shelves, and price products correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge by participating in ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic health professionals.
• Maintain regular store cleanliness, adhere to loss prevention guidelines, process product receipts promptly, and ensure shelves are stocked and prices are correct.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
