Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, eager to build strong customer connections, and ready to lead a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team by executing tasks with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized interactions and basket-building.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, manage merchandise, and price products correctly.
• Maintain product knowledge through continuous learning and participation in training sessions.
• Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic health professionals to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, adhere to loss prevention protocols, and ensure accurate product receipts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
