Retail Key Holder - Part-Time
Overview
The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, eager to build strong customer connections, and ready to lead a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a direct support for the Management Team, executing with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals, while supporting others.
- Create positive, memorable shopping experiences and build customer baskets.
- Work with integrity as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
- Efficiently process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
- Maintain regular store maintenance, adhere to loss prevention standards, and ensure timely receipt processing.
- Collaborate with a team of Health Enthusiasts and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, and various locations.

Compensation
The salary for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience, and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $17.00 - $18.50 per hour.
